Angela helped us sell and buy a house. She provided great advice on listing and buying. When we were unhappy with the company who sold us our home she helped us understand the build-process. We were ready to walk away from the house purchase because of delays with the builder and their lack of communication. Angela contacted the builder on our behalf, addressed all of our concerns, and demanded answers. She kept it professional and put us at ease. Thanks to her, we survived a ten-month build and are now happily living in our dream home. Through that whole process she regularly communicated with us. Angela is amazing! I found Angela through the USAA Home Buyer Program. I had only 3 months to make a move from Florida to San Antonio, Texas- start to finish. Needless to say I was on a huge high-stress time crunch. Angela listened to what I was looking for, walked through the homes I was interested in, and sent me detailed video. Because of her expertise, commitment, honesty, creativity and follow-thru I was able to to select a home and complete all paperwork FROM Florida without having to set foot in San Antonio. I completed the walk-thru and signed for the house within 3 days of arriving to San Antonio. Because of her I was able to focus on other aspect of my move. I have purchased 4 homes and she has been the best realtor I have ever had!

We bought our 1st home in 2013 with Angela and from the get go she was responsive and completely transparent with us. Being a 1st time home buyer can be a little nerve wracking because there are so many ins and outs, but Angela was patient and took her time to explain each step of home buying. When it came time to find our home, she was nothing less than adamant that we be completely upfront with our wants so she could find us our dream home. She is highly-versed in the market, intelligent, savvy, but most importantly she is honest. She will always do what is best for her client. We met Angela at an open house she was hosting and we had asked her some information about the house and left our email. She got back to us with detailed answers and more information than we had expected by the end of that day. That house ended up not working for us but we were so impressed by her that we decided to use her as our realtor. She always got back to us very promptly and even at most hours of the day. She answered all of our questions thoroughly, and never made us once feel like we were putting her out. She was always able to accommodate us when we had to meet even if it was sometimes in on short notice. One such example that comes to mind was when we were on vacation. We were out of the state when we had to do our walk through. Angela was nice enough to FaceTime us and perform the walk through with us in the other end. This was just one example of her going above and beyond. When it finally came down to make an offer on a house she was knowledge and helped guide us thru the process from start through negotiations to finish. We were new to the area and did not know any local appraisers or handy men. Angela provided us with several choices and references. What is normally a stressful process, Angela made seamless and stress free. We have recommended her to friends and will not hesitate to call on her again should we decide to sell or buy another home. We highly recommend Angela!

i contacted Angela to do a walk-through of my house when I was considering selling. She was on-time, thorough, and made several observations that she believed would help increase the value of my home and decrease the time the home would spend on the market. She was very knowledgeable of the housing market, required standards on houses (ex. hot water heaters and garage doors), ways to decorate for an open house, and paperwork involved in selling. Although I chose not to sell my house at that time, I would definitely recommend Angela.
